Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment on your Legacy Life Giving program offered to
nonprofit organizations for their important charitable giving programs. The choice of both carrier and
policy types with their guarantees will provide security to the organizations that the benefits will be paid
as promised. Also, the use of a single pay, or paid over a 5 year period will protect the organization from
having to pay the premiums on their received charitable gift.
