Q

Administration of a company’s benefit plan can involve complex, time-consuming tasks. Employees expect current, accurate account detail and access to benefit plan information. Most companies do not have the staff with either the specialized training or time available to properly administer a plan. We are a trusted benefits outsourcing partner and our role is to provide the support the company’s finance, human resources and payroll departments need.

Our objective is to act as an extension of the company’s staff. This, of course, allows them to maintain focus and direct their energies into the company. NPPS administrators understand the company’s plan and handle all aspects of its administration. Our administrators are proficient in the use of our proprietary administration system and can answer complex plan questions for the company and its employees.
